As a Billtrust Team Lead, you will be a player/coach on the Account Development team. As a “player”, you will be assisting our Regional Sales Executives by cultivating leads and selling Billtrust product suites to businesses by identifying and qualifying new prospects. As a “coach”, you will assist a Manager(s) of Account Development by providing effective guidance to your fellow team members. In collaboration with Account Development Leadership, you will help supervise and motivate team members on a daily basis.
This position will provide you with a foundation for a successful Sales Executive or Account Development leadership position at Billtrust.
