The Billtrust Sales Trainer will have the opportunity to contribute to our growing success by facilitating our training efforts for the Sales and Marketing groups. In this role, you will partner with the Manager of Sales Training to develop and implement successful, on-going training programs. This includes but may not be limited to on-boarding new sales hires and training and development of internal teams with primary focus on sales and business development.
As part of the Sales Training team, the Sales Trainer will create, conduct, and evaluate training workshops for internal Billtrust applications both on-site and remotely. You will create course guidelines, deliver training courses and build out a knowledgebase which includes supporting documentation. Success in this role is measured by your ability to empower our sales teams to drive revenue.
