As the Manager of Customer Sales you will manage a group of talented Account Managers who sell additional Billtrust products and solutions to current customers. In addition to sales, your team of Account Managers will provide consultative advice to customers on best practices and are the customer’s internal advocate to ensure high satisfaction. Increased sales and customer satisfaction are achieved through frequent successful account review meetings in-person or virtually. Your ability to empower the team through effective and hands-on sales process training and mentoring will be a critical factor to success.
