    What you'll do

    Billtrust is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. You enjoy the full life cycle of recruiting, including partnering with hiring managers, sourcing, conducting effective interviews, and closing candidates for in-demand skill sets. You are well-rounded, process-driven, and delight in tackling challenging recruiting projects related to employment branding, referral programs, candidate experience, and enhancing quality of hire. You may have experience in technical recruiting, but you are adaptable enough to support all Billtrust departments. You will serve as a shepherd of the Billtrust brand while making a significant contribution to our growth.


    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and their business functions
    • Build robust talent pipelines by identifying and engaging with candidates through multiple avenues, including our ATS, sourcing, social media, employee referrals and networking
    • Act as a candidate advocate and provide a superb candidate experience, starting with initial contact through to offer stage
    • Continuously seek to learn and share information related to talent landscapes, competitive intelligence, sourcing tools and techniques
    • Support employment brand initiatives to build awareness and create a positive employment image for Billtrust
    • Utilize well-developed interview skills to effectively assess each candidate's competencies and cultural fit and ensure quality of hire
    • Evaluate, refine and document job posting and sourcing strategies and track source of hire success and failures
    • Create and share metrics on source effectiveness, candidate generation, and other relevant information to consistently set expectations with hiring managers
    • Handle additional team projects as assigned while balancing and prioritizing requisitions
    • Partner effectively with TA Manager on compensation decisions and maintain upfront research to consider when consulting hiring managers on compensation

    What you'll bring to the team

    • Demonstrable ability to leverage a broad range of modern sourcing strategies, techniques and tools to uncover and engage qualified talent – 2+ years of relevant recruiting and/or sourcing experience
    • Ability to tell our story, culture, and values in a way that speaks to a job seeker’s interests and career goals
    • Highly-motivated, strong sense of urgency, attentive to details, and a results-oriented attitude
    • Ability to use a diverse set of sourcing strategies to successfully attract and recruit candidates
    • Prior experience in successfully recruiting technical talent preferred (eg. software developers, quality engineers, product, IT/infrastructure, etc.)
    • Ability to switch tasks and flexibility to adjust to ever-change priorities
    • Strong level of comfort with various social media outlets and how to attract and/or source talent through them
    • Proven success in managing multiple concurrent searches and projects; excellent time management skills
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate across all business units and geographic locations
    • Willingness to expand critical thinking skills to effectively consult hiring managers on each hiring decision
    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
