    What you'll do

    As the first smile that our employees and visitors see at Billtrust, you will utilize your upbeat attitude to provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of our new headquarters in Lawrenceville, NJ. You will handle the flow of people though the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality.

    This includes screening and forwarding incoming phone calls as well as effectively communicating with all vendors and service providers. Your well-developed multi-tasking skills will be critical as you manage various administrative support tasks such as assisting all visitors and guests upon arrival, sorting incoming and outgoing mail, and placing team lunch orders. As part of our HR team, you will also act as the Ambassador for the Billtrust Employee Recognition Program.

    • Professionalism, strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude; our Receptionist is a cheerleader for our company
    • Strong multi-tasking skills and an ability to prioritize tasks independently under tight deadlines
    • Microsoft Office skills combined with strong written communication skills to effectively create and distribute company- wide correspondence
    • Proactive mindset to anticipate roadblocks and an ability to provide solutions as they arise
    • Willingness and ability to utilize well-honed organizational skills in activities such as planning and coordinating events or taking on administrative support tasks as needed
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
