    What you'll do

    As the Product Marketing Manager you will lead the go-to-market alignment and readiness, product positioning, sales enablement and market intelligence effort for a dedicated product line in order to maximize revenue growth and meet market penetration goals.

     

    • Develop the Go-to-Market alignment and product launch effectiveness to meet or exceed revenue goals 
    • Own product positioning and messaging for dedicated product line to build differentiation in the Market by developing a deep understanding of each product’s value proposition to our markets
    • Define product positioning and champion standard positioning across all parts of the organization
    • Create the content and messaging for product collateral, sales pitch decks, and all tools that support the selling of our solutions
    • Power Sales Enablement to drive Sales effectiveness and customer engagement by communicating, coaching and training on the core value proposition of the solutions to the sales team and prioritize and develop the sales tools that support the buyer’s journey and selling process
    • Arm organization with market intelligence to lead strategic direction and decision-making by becoming a subject matter expert on buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria, developing the buyer personas for the product line
    • Determine new growth opportunities for new market segments by performing market research analysis

    What you'll bring to the team

    • 7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
    • BA in business or marketing or related experience
    • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions and present at the highest executive levels
    • Ability to collaborate, motivate and align cross-functional roles towards a common goal
    • Enthusiastic and innovative leader with proven high-level strategic, creative-thinking and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to inspire others
    • Excellent written and presentation skills for effective internal and external communication
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
    • Willing to travel 25%
