What you'll do

Billtrust is seeking a Manager of End User Computing that is passionate about maintaining and improving the Billtrust employee experience across the enterprise. You will lead a team of Desktop Support Technicians in managing and maintaining hardware, operating systems, applications, phones, conference equipment, and the overall experience of end-users throughout the company.


  • Manage strategic direction and tactical operations for the Desktop Support team which supports users across the enterprise
  • Ensure timely delivery of quality technical support service to internal clients
  • Recruit, manage, and lead a distributed team of Desktop Support Technicians
  • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to identify areas for improvements
  • Drive technical innovation and efficiency through automation and self-service portals
  • As an escalation point, provide exceptional technical support, troubleshooting, and complex problem resolution
  • Oversee the annual 25% hardware refresh

What you'll bring to the team

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-past, results-driven environment
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead each team member to reach their potential - 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred
  • A passion for customer satisfaction and a deep understanding, born of experience, that an end user’s perception is reality
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally, and work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide end user support and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Solid understanding of Windows and user account management via Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-site team supporting a fast-growing and demanding user base
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to document and teach installation of configuration processes
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and an ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Experience in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), product-centric or payments business nice-to-have
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
