What you'll do

The Supervisor, Client Operations, will be responsible for tasks related to leading, motivating and inspiring their teams to achieve expected levels of data entry output. You will also serve as a liaison with other departments, to include maintaining open and concise communication with customers and clients. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team of 5-10 people through coaching, motivation, inspiration and encouragement to reach their monthly quota and goals
  • Grow and cultivate career plans for team members
  • Distribute invoices and payments to Data Entry Specialists and ensure items are processed within SLA designated by clients
  • Use all tools and resources available to maintain minimal team errors
  • Actively review key metrics to ensure standards set forth are being met
  • Weekly reporting of metrics desired by supervisor to determine area of focus for improvement
  • Monthly preparation of metrics measured and presented to supervisor for review of progress as compared to previous quarters

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform OT as needed during times of need
  • Deep dive review of proposed process enhancements to ensure ones assigned duties are not impacted negatively; detailed analysis presented to supervisor/management as requested
  • Assist in interviews of new employees
  • Strive to find more efficient ways to perform processing, recommend process enhancements to improve business practices

What you'll bring to the team

  • A minimum of 1 - 2 years proven supervisory or management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Adaptive to frequent process changes
  • General skillset to perform/navigate on Microsoft OS; minimum of 60 WPM
  • Experience with Excel (middle level or above) and Outlook required
