What you'll do

Billtrust is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical Recruiter) to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team as we continue in our quest to attract the best talent in the marketplace. You enjoy sourcing top talent and conducting effective interviews while successfully partnering with hiring managers to effectively tackle challenging recruiting projects. You will provide insight into the Billtrust business and culture to candidates you interact with as part of creating a great candidate experience. You till take ownership of the full recruiting life-cycle aimed at attracting and hiring quality candidates to meet aggressive hiring goals.

 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of openings and business functions
  • Creatively and effectively find ways to identify then engage candidates for current and future hiring needs through a variety of sources
  • Act as a candidate advocate and provide a superb candidate experience, starting with initial contact
  • Partner with TA team to evaluate and refine job posting strategies, as well as recruitment marketing strategies
  • Build, monitor and track a diverse, qualified talent community
  • Create and support metrics on source effectiveness, candidate generation, and other relevant information
  • Contribute to the group knowledge base by sharing new information related to talent landscapes, sourcing tools and techniques, and other resourceful ways to make our group more effective
  • Attend industry events and meetups to build a high-caliber passive pipeline
  • Utilize well-developed interview skills to effectively assess each candidate's competencies and cultural fit

What you'll bring to the team

  • Demonstrable ability to leverage a broad range of modern sourcing strategies, techniques and tools to uncover and engage with qualified talent – 3+ years of relevant recruiting and/or sourcing experience
  • Recent and proven ability to successfully attract and recruit technical talent 
  • Ability to tell our story, culture, and values in a way that speaks to a job seeker’s interests and career goals
  • Highly-motivated, strong sense of urgency and a results-oriented attitude
  • Strong level of comfort with various social media outlets and how to attract and/or source talent through them
  • Ability to switch tasks and flexibility to adjust to ever-change priorities
  • Proven success in managing multiple concurrent searches and projects; excellent time management skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across all business units and geographic locations
  • Well-developed critical thinking skills and the ability to consult Hiring Managers on each hiring decision
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
