What you'll do

As the Associate Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for supporting the go-to- market strategies for Billtrust’s Quantum solution, including content development, market research and analysis, sales enablement and campaign plan development. In this position you will utilize your experience in several core marketing areas including, writing and developing thought leadership and sales enablement materials, coordinating marketing research and supporting the planning and execution of content along the customer buying cycle. 

  • Work within our Voice of the Customer framework to understand the needs of our clients, the tools needed to drive sales, and the value created by our product teams.
  • Support sales by creating material that successfully drives urgency and clearly communicates our value proposition and messaging into powerful sales enablement tools.
  • Create and support content that drives of our messaging as part of demand generation and campaigns.
  • Communicate and drive launch & release activities and Assets related to new offerings, as they come to market and our clients.
  • Work with product owners to understand what is coming in the roadmap, assist in articulating value, actions to take to get to market, and build into campaigns.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 3+ years of Product Marketing experience preferably in a SAAS environment 
  • BA in business or marketing or related experience 
  • Excellent written and presentation skills for effective internal and external communication
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work cross functionally with Sales, Product Marketing and Marketing teams
  • An open mind, an active learner, positive, willing to take risks at the right times
